Sport Sciences Students’ Socially Responsible Leadership Perceptions

This research was conducted to examine the socially responsible leadership (SRL) perceptions of university students, which are thought be directly related social developments. The survey method, one quantitative methods, used in study. sample consisted 73 female and 134 male (Age Mean: 22.19±3.307) students studying at faculty sports sciences. “Socially Responsible Leadership Scale-SRL” developed by Tyree (1998) adapted Turkish Külekçi Özgan (2015) as a measurement tool. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA were analysis. It found that students' SRL perception high. While variables gender, grade level, taking service course showed statistically significant differences, no differences between other sub-factors. has been determined age level increase status doing is positive, also increases. results obtained this reveal importance education sports. fact courses given on awareness universities, number projects, positive situation individuals make us think effective increasing their leadership, it expected will contribute studies field
